Prices are a starting point: very large, heavily stained or specialist items may cost more, and we always confirm before we clean. Booked with Little Valet already? Add bedding to the same visit with no collection fee.

How we clean
Pressed, not tumbled
Bedding is all we clean. If we cannot clean something to this standard, we tell you before we take it.
Sheets and covers60°C, whites separate, then pressed flat on a rotary ironer while slightly damp. Linen at 40°C.
Feather and downGentle 40°C wash, no softener, two to three hours on low heat until the centre is bone dry.
Synthetic duvets60°C, dried until the middle is as dry as the edges.
Every orderOwn load, numbered tag, counted out and counted back, returned in cotton bags.

How does collection work?
Message us on WhatsApp with your postcode and what needs cleaning. We confirm a collection window, count the items with you at the door and send you a list. Your bedding comes back in the same way.
How much does it cost?
Duvets start at £25, pillows at £13 and duvet covers at £10, with sheets from £7 and pillowcases £3. Collection and delivery are free on orders of £49 or more, otherwise £8. See the prices page for the full list.
Which areas do you cover?
Kensington and Chelsea, Notting Hill, Bayswater, Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing and Chiswick, plus North-West London: Maida Vale, St John's Wood, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, West Hampstead, Kilburn and Queen's Park. What if you lose or damage something?
Every item is counted at your door and tagged with your order number, and each order is washed in its own load. If we lose or damage an item through our fault, we pay its fair value for its age and condition.
What if I am out when you collect or deliver?
Leave the bag with a concierge, a neighbour or a safe place you choose and we will send you a photo of the handover. In that case we count the items at the laundry instead of at your door, and send you the list before we start.
When do I pay?
After collection, once we have counted your items and confirmed the price on WhatsApp. We send a payment link. You never pay for anything before we have seen it.
Where do you clean everything?
In our own professional cleaning facility in West London, run by the team behind Little Valet. Nothing is sent on to a third-party laundry.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-clean it free of charge.
