How does collection work?
Message us on WhatsApp with your postcode and what needs cleaning. We confirm a collection window, count the items with you at the door and send you a list. Your bedding comes back in the same way.
How much does it cost?
Duvets start at £25, pillows at £13 and duvet covers at £10, with sheets from £7 and pillowcases £3. Collection and delivery are free on orders of £49 or more, otherwise £8. See the prices page for the full list.
When do I pay?
After collection, once we have counted your items and confirmed the price on WhatsApp. We send a payment link. You never pay for anything before we have seen it.
How long does it take?
3 working days for households. Short-let hosts on a regular route get 48 hours.
Where do you clean everything?
In our own professional cleaning facility in West London, run by the team behind Little Valet. Nothing is sent on to a third-party laundry.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-clean it free of charge.
Which areas do you cover?
Kensington and Chelsea, Notting Hill, Bayswater, Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing and Chiswick, plus North-West London: Maida Vale, St John's Wood, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, West Hampstead, Kilburn and Queen's Park. That is SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, W2 to W6, W8 to W12, W14, NW1 (Primrose Hill and the Regent's Park side), NW3, NW6, NW8 and NW10. Outside those? Send us your postcode and we will tell you when our routes reach you.
What if you lose or damage something?
Every item is counted at your door and tagged with your order number, and each order is washed in its own load. If we lose or damage an item through our fault, we pay its fair value for its age and condition, up to 10 times what we charged to clean it.
What if I am out when you collect or deliver?
Leave the bag with a concierge, a neighbour or a safe place you choose and we will send you a photo of the handover. In that case we count the items at the laundry instead of at your door, and send you the list before we start.
How do I pay?
By secure card link on WhatsApp, after we have counted your items and confirmed the price. No deposit and nothing to pay before we have seen your bedding.
Do you use scented detergent?
We use a low-fragrance detergent as standard and fragrance-free on request. Just say when you book.
