A bed set is a duvet cover, a flat or fitted sheet and two pillowcases. Accounts are invoiced weekly. No contract, and you can pause at any time. All prices.
How it works for hosts
We set you up on a regular collection day, or several a week if you turn over often. Dirty linen goes into our bags at the property or at a drop point you choose, with your property tag. We wash, press and pack it per bed, with towels in the same bag, and return it within 48 hours.
You keep owning your linen, so the guest sleeps in the sheets you chose. If you want to move to a par level (three sets per bed: one on the bed, one in the wash, one in the cupboard), we will tell you how many sets to buy for your turnover rate.
Why hosts use us instead of washing on site
Washing and drying a double set plus towels in the flat between check-out and check-in takes more time than most cleaning slots allow, and wet linen left in a machine is the classic cause of musty-smelling sheets in reviews. Pressed linen also photographs better and shows fewer creases in guest photos, which matters on a listing.
Linen hire companies supply their own stock, which suits some hosts. We wash yours, which suits hosts who have invested in good bedding and want to keep it.

What is in a bed set?
A bed set is a duvet cover, a flat or fitted sheet and two pillowcases. Towels are priced separately at £2 each.
Which areas do you cover for hosts?
Kensington and Chelsea, Notting Hill, Bayswater, Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing and Chiswick, plus North-West London: Maida Vale, St John's Wood, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, West Hampstead, Kilburn and Queen's Park. That is SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, W2 to W6, W8 to W12, W14, NW1 (Primrose Hill and the Regent's Park side), NW3, NW6, NW8 and NW10. Send us your postcodes if you are unsure.
Do you work with cleaning companies?
Yes. Your cleaner can hand over and collect the bags at the property, and we can bill the host or the cleaning company, whichever you prefer.
What if a sheet is stained or damaged?
We pre-treat stains. Anything that will not come out or is torn comes back flagged, with a WhatsApp photo, so you can decide whether to replace it.
