Collection and delivery
Free on orders of £49 or more. Below that it is £8 for collection and return together.
Prices are a starting point. Very large, heavily soiled or specialist items can cost more, and if they do we tell you the price before we clean anything.
Already booked a Little Valet collection for your pram or car seat? Add your bedding to the same visit and there is no collection fee, whatever the order size.
Short-let hosts have separate per-bed pricing from £16: see linen for short-let hosts.
Items we do not accept: silk-filled duvets, memory foam and latex pillows (we can wash their covers), electric blankets, and anything labelled dry clean only that cannot safely be washed. We tell you before we take anything we cannot clean well.
If something goes wrong
Our promise
Every item is listed on WhatsApp before we leave.
Each order is washed separately with a numbered tag. Never mixed.
Not right? Tell us within 48 hours and we clean it again.
If we lose or damage an item through our fault, we pay its fair value.
Questions
Good to know
When do I pay?
After collection, once we have counted your items and confirmed the price on WhatsApp. We send a payment link. You never pay for anything before we have seen it.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-clean it free of charge.
Why do feather pillows cost more than polyester ones?
Feather needs a gentler wash and a much longer, low-heat dry for the filling to recover. That drying time is the main cost. Duvets are priced by size, whatever the filling.
Send a postcode. We will collect it.
