About Linen Room

Linen Room is run by Zora, director of Little Valet, the London service that collects, deep-cleans and returns prams, car seats and baby gear. Running Little Valet taught us two things: London households will happily hand over the cleaning jobs that do not fit in their home, and they want it done properly, collected on time and communicated clearly.

Bedding is the most obvious of those jobs. Duvets and pillows rarely get washed because they do not fit the machine. Sheets come out of a tumble dryer creased. And short-let hosts spend hours a week washing linen between guests. We built Linen Room to do all of it in one place, with the same WhatsApp booking and door-to-door collection.

How we work

Everything is cleaned in our own facility in West London. We do not send your bedding on to a wholesale laundry. That is how we can tell you exactly how your duvet was washed and dried, and why your items are never mixed with anyone else's.

The name comes from hotels. The linen room is where a good hotel keeps its pressed sheets, counted and folded, ready for every bed in the building. The team brings two decades of hotel operations experience, and that is the standard we run to.

Pay after we count your items at the door. We aim to reply within the hour, Mon to Sat, 8am to 7pm.
